origin story
Founded in 2024, by founder and Corporate convert Britney Boyde-Bey, Bey & Associates Bookkeeping and Consulting was born out of a passion for accounting combined with a desire to travel the country. After graduating with a Master's Degree from the University of Illinois and thriving in Corporate Accounting for years, including a corporate accounting job at a Fortune 100 giant, the founder traveled extensively and met dozens of small business owners operating on the road. Recognizing the need for reliable and useful accounting and finance data (as a serial entrepreneur herself), founder and CEO Britney Boyde-Bey repositioned herself as a resource to help small businesses with just that by leveraging over twelve years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, automation, and financial reporting.
